Ai4Scholar is an all-in-one AI research platform for literature search, PDF parsing, reference management, scientific illustration, academic writing and open APIs, connecting resources, evidence and research outputs.
Two options are available: browse and search papers through the website, or integrate the service into your software using an API key. See each tool or API documentation for pricing, free allowances and coverage.
After signing in, open Usage statistics from the dashboard to view API calls, credit spending and balance changes.
Three steps: 1) Create an account; 2) Redeem a credit code or buy a credit pack; 3) Create an API key to get started. Join the user group and contact its owner for a 100-credit code.
Permanent credits do not expire. Top up and use them whenever you need.
Main sources include Semantic Scholar, PubMed and Google Scholar, plus Chinese literature, Google Patents and more. The platform covers 300M+ papers. See the tools and API documentation for details.
Each capability follows current service pricing, shown in the tool or on the pricing page. Public plans mainly offer permanent credit packs. Pricing rules may differ between APIs, website tools and integrations.
We provide 24 specialized endpoints for paper search and details, authors, citations, references, batch data, datasets and patents. See the API documentation for the full list.
The platform provides open APIs and 5 main integrations: MCP, Dify, OpenClaw, Zotero and Coze. See Integrations for setup instructions and fees.
