Getting started
- 1Download the XPI plugin installer.
- 2In Zotero’s plugin manager, choose installation from a file and select the downloaded XPI.
- 3Configure your Ai4Scholar API key as shown in the guide, search for papers and import selected items.
Try it out
Search for a known paper title and import selected results into Zotero.
Requirements
- Zotero 7 or 8 desktop application
- An Ai4Scholar account and API key
Installer v1.0.1 declares compatibility with Zotero 7–8.
Pricing and models
Literature searches use your Ai4Scholar API allowance. The search and import features shown here do not require a separate conversation model. Other paid Zotero services follow Zotero’s own pricing.
